Project Completion Bonuses

At the management's discretion and dependant on project success, employees generally recieve a bonus when a project they are working on ships.

Exient has an optional staff pension scheme. Employees can contribute a portion of their monthly salary to a pension, and will recieve an additional contribution from Exient.
